is the new business offshoot of well-known Panama Surf Tours you
will read about in your Rough Guide or find on the net. Young
owner Fidel Ponce is already an experienced entrepreneur and he
has contacts all over Panama to make the most of your time in
Panama with a variety of tours. He specializes in surf trips,
however, and didn't disappoint when taking us to an insane reef
break in the state of Veraguas called Santa Catalina. The transport
vehicles are all in great condition, the drivers and guides all
speak English and you can create a tour based on your own budget.
Panama has a lot of beautiful areas, islands and tons of great
surf setups that are less known to the world surfing community.
Despite the wet season rain, we had a great two days as the surf,
beers and cheers, and friendly nature of Fidel and Alan made our
first week in Panama awesome. (507) 617-6974

choose between their three tours or even better, do them all. Cruise
in a shaded fiberglass motorboat to see dolphins, white sand beaches,
poison dart frogs, bird-filled islands and fish-filled snorkeling
areas. Tours have small groups, are leisurely and very affordable.

and a wooden deck all set around a shipwreck submerged in the warm
water, which becomes more enticing as the night goes on for drunken
would-be Jacque Cousteaus. Open 'til late, ask a local.
