Final
exams are this week at Kidz Talk (my school), so I made 8 exams and am
giving 130 oral tests to the kids. They are doing great, and suprising
me with how much they've learned! The new school year starts in April,
so we have new students coming in soon. I love my job...it's soooo fun!
Brad
is crazy busy with personal training! Several days a week, he's off to
Tokyo before I wake up, and comes back after 10pm! He's found all the
rich expat mommies who all know eachother, and the referrals are just
flowing!
Interesting
news:
*I left my wallet (cash only) in a taxi that dropped me off in front of
my apartment building. An hour later, after mourning the loss of my $70
cash, the taxi driver rang my doorbell! He'd knocked on every door in
the building looking for me!
*I
got caught up in all the war talks and debates and was watching too much
news (we watch American news, via internet), and I got a bit stressed
out. I didn't realize it, though, until I found that I had a quarter-sized
bald spot on the top of my head! Turns out I got alopecia areata (baldness
in spots), a very common disease (especially in Japan) usually caused
by emotional stress. Stress is just our body's reaction to change, and
change can be positive, too, of course...it just affects us! I'm loving
all the positive changes Japan has brought to my life these past 6 months!
Anyway, I'm de-stressed and the hair is coming in fast. Ha! I thought
this was the funniest thing that's ever happened to me!
Love
you all! Peace and love in our minds and hearts!!! xoxoxxo Rebecca "BEX"
